Kaman SH-2G Super Seasprite (CMRB II)

 

Export version of SH-2 used by a number of diffrent countries.  Equipped with a 1500 ft dipping sonar, a sonobuoy pmcessor, and magnetic anomaly detector to use in Anti-submarine Warfare (ASW).  The helicopter may be fitted with a variety of anti-ship missiles, a few of which may have semi-active radar and laser-designators.  Under the US Navy it may be fitted with: M-60 7. 62 mm machine guns mounted in their cabin doors; infrared jammers; flare and chaff dispensers.
