Kevin Schlosser, Lockheed Martin Engineer

Kevin Charles Schlosser, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 12, 2020.

Schlosser was born to Ronald and Marilyn Schlosser on Feb. 11, 1960. He graduated from Princeton University and was very proud of being part of the campus, the football team and Tiger Inn.

He worked at Lockheed Martin for over 25 years and was proud to be part of every program he worked. His obituary noted that he especially he loved his job as the Lockheed Martin Chief Architect for the company’s autonomous K-MAX and US101 Combat Search and Rescue Replacement (CSAR-X) helicopter programs. Schlosser also attained the prestigious title of Lockheed Martin Fellow, where less than 1% of the technical workforce achieve this level of recognition. His obituary noted, “The nation just lost a great asset.”

Schlosser joined the Society in 2001 and was an officer of the VFS Empire State Chapter for many years.
