First Honorary Fellowships of the American Helicopter Society (AHS) awarded

Description

The first time the the highest award of the American Helicopter Society was awarded. Honorary Fellowships were awarded to Igor Sikorsky and Col. H. Frank Gregory. The awards were presented at the 1st Annual DInner of the AHS.

The award represents outstanding achievement in the VTOL industry.
