A 'benchmark' of test data for hover airloads is extablished

Description

In order to validate and develop computational methods for the prediction of airloads high quality test data is required. The test performed by Caradona and Tung provided a 'benchmark' for such data in hover, which has been used in over 160 reports and papers.
