Changhe Aircraft Industries Corporation

Changhe is a unit of Aviation Industry Corp of China (AVIC) subsidiary Avicopter.

Founded in 1969, the corporation began as Changhe Aircraft Factory. Now known as Changhe Aircraft Industries Corporation (CAIC), it is one of the three organizations that compose the China Helicopter Industry Corporation; the other two are the Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation and China Helicopter Design and Research Institute.
